The seller of record is Dr. Larry May. Every product page and the checkout say “Sold by” with the seller’s legal name.

Once Dr. Larry May’s payment account is set up, Dr. Larry May is also the merchant of record: your card is charged by Dr. Larry May through Stripe, and your card statement shows Dr. Larry May’s name. Platform Health runs the store and the checkout on Dr. Larry May’s behalf and receives a fee for marketplace and payment services.

Until Dr. Larry May’s payment account is set up, Platform Health processes your payment as merchant of record, and your card statement shows LONGEVITY HEALTH LABS. The checkout says which applies before you pay.

On a store run for an influencer, Platform Health is the seller and processes your payment as merchant of record, and the page says “Sold by Platform Health.”

Prescriptions and telehealth visits are sold by Platform Health, not the clinic: Platform Health is their seller of record, and when you pay for one on this site Platform Health processes the payment as merchant of record. Their product pages and the checkout say “Sold by Platform Health.”

Each product shows its retail price and the price you pay. A store may offer one discount that applies to every patient and every product; a price is never above the product’s retail price. You may buy these or equivalent products from any other retailer or pharmacy, and your care never depends on whether you buy.

The store sells supplements, devices, medical foods and similar products. It never sells prescription drugs, compounded drugs or prescription devices, and store items are not submitted to insurance.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Whoever charges your card, Platform Health collects and remits the tax wherever the law makes it the marketplace facilitator. Your receipt shows the tax charged.

Orders ship within the United States. The product page and checkout show when an item is expected to ship. If an order will not ship by then, we email you a new expected date and a one-click option to cancel for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid. Opened supplements, medical foods and personal-care items can’t be returned for safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or wrong — then we replace or refund them. Supplement statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Medical foods are for use under medical supervision. Read every label before use.
